The Conewago Carving Club was officially organized on March 14, 1992 and is located in East Berlin Pennsylvania. The club has over 110 members and holds an annual Woodcarving and Wildlife Art Show which draws many visitors from around the country. We are also proud to host several carving seminars throughout the year. These seminars are conducted by both local and nationally known carvers.

Rogers was elected to the committee for carrying out the scheme of the Great Exhibition, and received a commission from Queen Victoria to carve a cradle in boxwood in the Italian style, which was exhibited and much admired at the exhibition in 1851. He has studied under Chris Effrem at the Wood Carving School. He is also a wood sculptor and wood turner. George enjoys sharing his knowledge about carving and woodworking.
